At Setup Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@setupstudio.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Items returned after the 30-day return period
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
